For the Client who likes to be involved with the construction, the Project Manager will assist, organise and advise to the clients wishes, their role will pay for him/herself over the period of the build through effective savings in time, efficiency and Discounts with Builders Merchants/Architects & Engineers earned through repeat use.
So, all you need is a little Professional help & advice, Contractors to do the work, a healthy Bank account and within 3/4/5 months.........You have your DREAM HOME!.....it sounds easy and it can be!
