        What is Project Management?

         As a general term, it's the art of organising a project or event, being it building an Olympic Stadium or organising the launch or manufacture of a product or Service  from conception to completion.

     In the case of  building a Home (large or Small), the Project Manager  would first take instructions from a Client clarifying the goal needed to be achieved then come up with a solution, cost, program of works  and completion date to achieve the desired results.

How our Project Management Service Works 

     Using our knowledge and experience we first estimate your "Total Build Cost"  pointing out various elements in your Construction likely to be expensive and how we would reduce cost without compromising build quality or speed, (usually at this stage we show several costings people have missed in their own idea of a Budget).

 

We would also suggest a program of works  and time schedule from start to completion showing how long it would take for your Project to complete. We work throughout the build reducing costings further using our discounts with Supply Merchants and reliable Sub Contractors who we use on a regular basis. This kind of arrangement enables the Client to Build at the same price as a Builder,.... at cost!.
