The Second Home again was sold very quickly by special arrangement to the 2nd or 3rd viewer (not sure which) before the home was completed, work was finalised and both houses are now occupied and have the benefit of a NHBC 10 year Buildmark Cover giving the owners peace of mind that if any major defects are found or appear, they will be rectified free of charge for upto a period of 10 years!.

Steel Fixing for Foundation Ring Beam
The Steel Reinforcement Beams are used to reinforce the concrete strip footings to protect against any possible ground movement or subsidence, the reinforcement will stop any part of the concrete strip footing from cracking or failing and creates a stable platform to build upon.
